Afan Forest Park, home to one of the most beautiful valleys in South Wales. Whether you are into the quiet countryside life or even outdoor sport then this is the place for you. Facilities are available for walking, cycling, orienteering, picnics, camping and educational visits. The park also has a visitor centre, café, gift shop and cycle hire (including special tricycles for those with mobility problems) and is accessible to all. 

 

 

Glyncorrwg ponds are  set amidst the 11,000 acres of the Afan Forest Park. The Glyncorrwg Ponds and the surrounding countryside make a great day out for the whole family.

Trout fishing, coarse fishing, and canoeing are the most popular sports, plus miles of old flat railway lines and steep mountain slopes providing days worth of cycling, walking and mountain biking. 

 

 

Set in 850 acres of glorious parklands, Margam Country Park offers beauty, history, wildlife and a wide range of facilities to make it one of the best days out in Wales for all the family.
